Correspondence 1960’s

For over 200 years that the Topsfield Fair has been operating, there has been a number of notices given by the public and even state and local officials. Some have been ‘thank you’ notes, awards and more and we have preserved these letters as a way of communication. We take great pride in the history behind these letters and they remain an important part of the Essex Agricultural Society history.

In the 60’s, the first Open Sheep Show was established along with the awarding of the Flower Show and many other changes. We take great pride in our history and these letters are an important part of the Essex Agricultural Society.
