Exhibitor’s Handbook & Premium Books

The Exhibitor’s Handbook is as simple as it sounds – it is a handbook that lays out the rules, fees, classes, etc. for our exhibitor’s. The 2008 Exhibitor Handbook was the last year that the handbook was in a printed version; since then, we have transitioned to an online version that has the same purpose. The handbook is divided by departments and then contains the entry form for that Topsfield Fair that year along with rules/regulations, classes/categories to enter in, and contact information if you have further questions. This is where anyone who wants to enter their work in the Topsfield Fair can find the proper information. We work closely with our department heads to edit their forms each year so that they are displayed correctly and display up-to-date information for that year.

These were formally known as “Premium Books” up until 2009, as this was the last year of them. The premium book highlighted the winners and prizes from each department. We now print Archive Books that held the information of all the winners for the year.
