Kingston Trio

The Kingston Trio is an American folk and pop music group. Their name “Kingston” originated from the capital of Jamaica where Calypso music originated and it was very popular at the time in the U.S. They helped launch the folk revival of the late 1950’s to the late 1960’s. They performed at the fair in the 1950’s.
