William Fitzgerald

William Fitzgerald currently serves as a Board Member of the Essex Agricultural Society. He is the owner of Mann Orchards in Methuen, carrying out his family’s long agricultural legacy as the owner and descendant of the Mann Family. Fitzgerald is also a lifelong volunteer at the Essex County Fruit Growers Association’s apple & cider booth in the Fruit & Vegetable Building. He has been involved with the booth for as long as he can remember and is now watching his children and grandchildren grow up on the family farm. The booth, “is like coming home for me,” and has kept his spirits of the Fair true to his childhood, despite the growth of the Fair over the decades.
