The vendor Learned’s, who is famous for their apple crisp opened for the first time at the 1981 Topsfield Fair. Tawney and Tim Learned’s booth has been very successful and has been a go to spot at the Topsfield Fair for many years! There is always a long line but worth the wait to indulge in their mouth watering apple crisp!
