Ernie Bianco
Ernie Bianco has had a huge history with the Topsfield Fair. He grew up in Topsfield in a house on Meredith Farm where his father took care of the cattle. Around age 10 began to help his dad with the cattle and helped to bring them to the Fair for exhibiting. As he grew older and was of age, he parked cars and became the Supervisor for the Co-Op parking lot. Later in the life he became part of the Treasurer’s office where you can find him today and he’s the person we see carrying the cloth money bags throughout the grounds from booth to booth.
As a hobby, he also enters his award winning artwork into the fair every year. Recently, he served as a member of the 200th Anniversary Book Committee and was instrumental in helping to make our book. Ernie received the Lifetime Achievement Award in 2018 as an active Topsfield Fair supporter for almost his entire life!
