Peter Gibney

Peter Gibney was the owner of Gibney Gardens in Danvers since 1982. His farm had 10 greenhouses and owned over 120 acres of land in Essex County. He served as the Chairman of the Danvers Agricultural Commission and  is a former board member of the Essex Agricultural Society.

He was also on Topsfield Agricultural Commission and was the Department Head of the Flower Department at Topsfield Fair. Previously, he has also served as the President of the Essex County Farm. Peter passed away in July of 2020 and will be remembered for his dedication to Gibney Gardens and Topsfield Fair.
