Sandy Rubchinuck

Sandy is the current department head of the canning program at the Topsfield Fair. She has been the department head for 10 years and has been demonstrating and teaching fair-goers how to can! Sandy has been volunteering for the fair for years and even helps in the education program during fair. She also won Mrs. Essex County competition at the Topsfield Fair in 1982.
