DeLaval Milking Devices

DeLaval sterling vacuum milking machine. The DeLaval Cream Separator was created to separate cream and the skim milk. It works by turning the handle to a specific speed until the cream and milk are separated. You can check by opening the petcock. These pieces was donated to the Fair and is on display in the Grange Building.
